MCAP’s philosophy is based on the work of Dr. Caitlin Ryan and the Family Acceptance Project and reflects the belief that families love their children and want the best for them. It is also based on recognition of the strength and resilience of self-identified LGBTQ youth in our community. MCAP believes that change will be driven by their commitment to a welcoming and affirming community for all.
